Energy levels ok during the day. Drank plenty of lemon water but needed to have a vege broth early evening for dinner. On waking up, I started off with a glass of warm water and Lemon. For breakfast I had a fruit smoothie of banana, grapes, mango, apple and pineapple.  Midday I had a vege smoothie of spinach, celery, carrot juice, chili, garlic and ginger. Later in the afternoon I had a cup of geen tea and organic honey. Felt good on the 1st day!
