Hi There,

here we will post, share and exchange - and most importantly cheer each other up!

To post and participate in polls you can set up your forum user here: http://transcodes.discussion.community/

We will start at 0 o'clock Eastern US Time Zone - and end right after the end of the KARMC COLLECTIVE CLEARING transMISSION the Heart Warriors and some of you will participate in. Below the instructions for our lightfast.

Remember that the refraining from eating solids is not about the food per se. It's about learning to balance our physical and spiritual needs - while consciously engaging in deeper self-reflection.

Here a quick overview of how to do a Light 3-Day Reboot Fast to cleanse your physical, but also to challenge your ego.

3 Day Detox Reboot Instructions

A cleanse is good for kick-starting and rebooting your metabolism and clearing out your guts. An as you all know, emotions are mainly stored in our digestive area, so physical detoxing will also promote emotional detoxing, but can only be done temporarily as the overall goal is to reach a balance from within so you don't have to constantly think about food. By assuring that you are 'always getting enough' you are promoting trust in yourself and your body - and you learn to regulate as you go.

[4632360147]

Purpose of the 3 Day Detox Reboot:

As for the 3-Day Reboot Detox I recommend the Light Fast with fruit and vegetable juices, broth, and Dandelion Tea; and of course lots of water.

Basically you just 'eat' liquids like in the juice fast (as much as you want), but you also get warm meals which make a difference energetically and also emotionally. You are not losing much weight during a lightfast, but you are not regaining it either.

This is one of the problems with extreme fasts, as they induce ketosis (no carbs) and lead to water loss and muscle tissue, which will make a person feel lighter but it's actually not healthy. Plus it leads to muscle loss, as the body's chemistry goes into starvation and tries to regain the lost water and body cells in form of fat cells. This is why it's important to drink as much as you feel you need!

[4632360238]

Mornings:

Freshly squeezed or blended juices from fruits every 2 hours

You can add carrots, cucumber, and green leafy vegetables if you like the mix

Lunch:

Broth from vegetables, miso soup (no solids) warm!

Continue with Fruit and Vegetable Juices

Dinner:

Vegetable broth, or if you feel too spacey, tomato soup or meat broth (no solids).

In case you need more, cook some brown rice and have a few spoonsful or eat a banana.

[4632360217]

Most Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Coffee?

For the 3-Day Fast it’s better to refrain from coffee, BUT if it gets you through the fast have your coffee, but no milk or sugar!

2. Alcohol?

For the 3-Day Fast, it’s best to refrain from alcohol completely! After these three days you can add alcohol again, but no more than one glass!

3. Juices: Freshly Squeezed/Juiced vs. Bought or bottled?

If you have to work or if juicing (preferably organic produce) is too expensive or not feasible for you, bottled juices will do the job. Just make sure you get the best quality without additives, such as sugars or protein!

4. Broths: Pre-made vs. From Scratch?

I would make it depend on what you are cooking for the rest of your family. If you are single pre-made organic broths are fine - they are just a little bland. If you get pre-made soups take out the solids (meat, noodles, rice, etc). From scratch is always best, but it takes a long time to prepare, so I would not get hung up on it - only do things that work for you! Otherwise, it gets too much and too stressful. We are also trying to bring in balance, which means we need to integrate.

5. Only Vegetable Broth?

It depends on how much meat you normally eat and how deprived you may feel. Vegetable and Miso broth are the best for this fast, but before you run out of steam, compromise with Chicken broth for example.

6. Non-Prescription Drugs, Supplements or Fiber?

Since you are only 'rebooting' for three days I would not take any non-prescription drugs or supplements. If you are taking prescription drugs you need to consult your doctor!

For long term diet changes we can talk about supplements, but as long as you are juicing or blending you don't need to supplement anything. If your juicer separates the pulp, add a little pulp back into the juice (for fiber, so your blood sugar doesn't spike too much).

7. Exercise?

Just agree to slow down for three days and then build your exercise back up after the 3-Day Detox. Walking and hiking in nature is always good. Just don’t do too much as you may get too spacey!

After the Reboot - Consider a 21-Day Energy Supporting Diet

Doing a 3 week cleanse can literally be life-changing! It can not only set you up for a new internal structure and develop new habits, but it can also help to get rid of chronic conditions and support any form of recovery! If you are considering quitting persistent habits, such as smoking, drinking or other recreational drugs, this can set a new starting point for your sober life.

During this period all the recommendations in regards to an energetically healthy diet apply in a somewhat stricter way. Below a list of 'stricter' rules for the After-Cleanse period. After these 3 weeks, you can modify and adapt things to what works best for you!

The first couple of days after the 3 Day Reboot Cleanse

Ease your body back into solid foods - which means, try to have light/easy digestible meals with juices or smoothies in between. When you eat solids try to consciously chew them bite for bite - 10 times each (I know sounds stupid but it works). Starting on the fourth day, you can go back to eating more solids, but this time feel out how the food you ate made you feel afterward...check in with your energy and allow your body to tell you if the food you ate was ENERGY SUSTAINING or DRAINING... (If you really want to get nerdy about this, you can journal your food intake and record your energy levels)

Instructions for a 21 Days Energy Detox Supporting Diet

In general, try to follow your body's BIORHYTHM (your usual up and down rhythm). This is a little different for everyone, so what works for me doesn't necessarily have to work for you, although you and I have a similar daily routine. Sometimes, CHANGING DAILY ROUTINES can also help to shift our energies a bit.

For example, I've recently switched to having dinner earlier and it feels more balanced as I don't go as low before dinner anymore. We used to always have dinner between 8-9PM (mostly because I had to drive my older kids to soccer every afternoon, so we didn't even arrive home until 7.30pm - now that my daughter has her own car and their schedule shifted I could start cooking at around 5.30pm), which got me into an energetic slump between 5.30-8pm and then a serious after dinner fatigue at 9PM.

Take note of how brief meditation breaks throughout the day can influence your energy and feeling of hunger or need to eat.

ESSENTIALS

- Drinking Lemon Water on empty stomach

- Eating raw fruits first thing in the morning (no raw fruits/raw tomatoes on full stomach ever!) - the more different colors and the darker in color the better

- Keeping up the Water Intake (2-2.5 l/Quarts per day)

- Eating raw vegetables before main (heavier) meals  - the darker in color the better

- Adding a bite of a high fiber granola bar or dried fruit before eating anything with refined sugar

- Leave at least 2 hours between snacks/meals (if you drink coffee with carbs through milk or sweetener, the coffee counts as a meal)

General Tips:

- No deep fried foods in this time

- Add more nuts, seeds (especially raw sunflower and flax seeds) and dried fruits to your diet!

- Always have almonds, almond butter and almond meal in the cabinet (they are extreme energy boosters!)

- Use only good Oils, such as olive oil, grape seed, coconut and flaxseed oil (cold-pressed, organic if possible)

- Consider a diet high in anti-inflammatory foods

Do not be afraid of good fats from seeds and good oils! even unsalted butter is to a thread to a detox diet! Yes, they deliver high-calorie content, but they also come with everything for the body needs to break it down into energy which means it will be utilized and not stored in body fat!

Refrain from and Replace with:

- Processed/packaged/pre-made foods:

and replace with as natural and 'alive' as possible (even self-cooked frozen meals or produce, they are better than packaged foods but do not provide as many nutrients anymore)

- Refined Sugars:

and replace it with Coconut sugar, Agave Sirup, Unrefined sugar or Raw Honey. (Get dark chocolate if you can't live without.)

- Processed Dairy products:

and replace it with rice, coconut or almond milk. After these three weeks, try to stay with as natural (whole) and organic as possible. No low, non-fat, etc.! (e.g. instead of ready mixed yogurts get organic whole milk yogurt and mix with your own fruit mash and sweetener)

- Over-processed Cheese Spreads (including cream and cottage cheese):

and replace it with ideally goat and sheep (feta) cheese or Brie. In general look for (unfortunately very expensive) one-piece cheese chunks, how they come from the dairy farm.

- MSG's aka Hydrolyzed Yeast/Protein Extract & Transfats aka Hydrogenated Oils/Fats:

(in most chips, crackers, breading and processed meals such as frozen french fries, pizza, etc) and replaced with organic version

- Food Coloring and anything artificially colored!:

You can replace some for kids with natural food coloring in health food stores (hard to get)

- Artificial Sweeteners of any kind!:

Stevia is okay but 'real' sweet is always better as it doesn't mess with your taste buts ad neurotransmitters

- Farm-Raised Fish:

I know, it breaks my heart but they are full of anti-biotics and hormone/neurotransmitter altering substance and replace with wild-caught

- Non-Organic Meats and replace with organic version

Reduce:

- Meat-Consumption:

Even organic meats have fear and abuse energies in them. If you have to eat meat, silently give thanks to the animal (raises its vibration). Replace meats with tuna or Shitake Mushrooms for example.

- Processed Gluten

Processed/packaged breads, cookies, crackers, and pasta contain a lot of refined gluten. Gluten in itself is not necessarily unhealthy unless one already has an allergy. the main reason for the hype with gluten is that it's separated out of its natural compound. Therefore, naturally occurring gluten (e.g. in whole grain rye) is not unhealthy!

I am not a fan of gluten-free products because they are even more processed than normal processed foods, but because it's practically impossible to get natural food products I recommend to replace bought or self-made bread with Oat, Quinoa, Barley and Almond Meal (ground up) - as for cookies, cakes and bread try to eat as little as possible during these three weeks.

If you, like me, really don't want to refrain from cookies, make your own from good ingredients for guilt-less snacking!

Recommendations:

- Make homemade granola with a mix of ground-up nuts, seeds (flaxseed is always good) and oats with honey, cinnamon, butter and almond butter for a light snack with yogurt in between. Add eggs, more butter, ground oatmeal or a little unbleached flour and heavy cream (choc chips if you want) to make delicious and healthy cookies. The kids will love them!

- Always have bananas, raw sunflower seeds and brown rice in the house. If you need food for your nerves try these first!

- Enjoy your coffee (chocolate, snack, glass of wine)! Stevia is okay but Agave syrup would be better. Look at your coffee as a meal, as long as you put rice/almond/coconut milk or cream into it. It' okay. Just CONSCIOUSLY LOVE IT when you drink it - don't drink coffee on the run - always ENJOY IT!

- Good bread is full of whole grains and seeds. Make your own or get it from whole foods. Sprouted breads are better than normal bread. The heavier the bread the better. The least ingredients the better.

- Do not be afraid of calories! Look at what you put into your body as part of your loving yourself. The only thing that matters is whether or not you love what you eat!

Did I forget anything?

The 'prime directive' is to integrate your food habits with your high vibratory energy system. These directives or recommendations are based on providing maximum energy for our bodies.

After these three weeks of changing your diet, try to stay with as many suggestions as possible.

Last tip: Try to get a friend or family member to join your 3-Day Detox Reboot!

Much Love,

jona

Hi y’all!

had some difficulty today..felt super brain foggy today and am on a road trip. I had frozen my broth last night and it ended up not thawing enough for lunchtime today ...so I stuck to the juices and got to the broth for dinner time...  I asked a gas station attendant to heat up my broth 🤣 for me. I ended up eating a little homemade sweet potato chips with dinner broth and white rice to try and help with the fogginess. A little bummed I went off the detox , hoping since my broth is thawed now, that my day trip tomorrow won’t be as difficult and drinking the broth sooner for lunch will help with the fogginess...I’m still going to continue the detox, so as long as the brain fogginess lessens or doesn’t get too bad for me to drive!

Only two more days 💪

Hear you on the snacks at work Cindy 😃!
Day 1 has been alright so far here too.. though am getting a bit hungry as the night sets in..

spinach ginger berry carrot juice with some pulp for breakfast
squash soup for lunch
carrot celery ginger juice at dinner
peppermint, dandelion teas and coconut water in between..

Also, lesson learned- lunch spots advertised as healthy can carry surprisingly salty or sweet soups. Not sure if my tongue just got sensitive, but decided not to finish the lunch soup. Making some vegetable broth to take along to work tomorrow..Will likely add kombucha to the menu..

happy improvising!

It is interesting to witness the detox going on different levels,  challenging but feeling fully supported.

I am in Mexico, spending time with my family. I am very grateful and surprised with all the resources available to go on.

Lots of carrots beets apples juice mix today and carrot potatoes veggie broth which I was so looking forward to for lunch and felt soo nurturing, delicious and grounding. Overall lots of water and had turmeric tea.

much love,

I'm not hungry either, but I am quite spacey and have a hard time staying on (mental) target. Everything is slowing down...I like it, but I am stressing out about not being able to get my stuff done... good opportunity to work on 'performance issues'.

Day one pretty successful! I had to buy a green smoothie drink from work for lunch and miso soup for dinner. I feel a little dehydrated this morning. It's hard to drink enough water while I'm working. A little spacey but not too bad. Interestingly I had some physical spine re-adjustments late in the day yesterday. As I was coming back inside from break the lower spine popped like 5 times. Felt amazing. Like something clicking back into place and plugged in. Looking forward to today. Feel pretty amazing overall.  We got this!! 🙂

Dear Group and jona,

To say hello...I'm in. I feel quite great. Have done similar before in the spring for two weeks. So this time it is showing me the difference...if that makes sense. Noticing a lot. Thank you. Started to journal again after years...to save paper and space and the trees. Good exercise to see how and if negative impacts internal or external can be transformed.

Love. The real one.

hi everyone!

Thank you for the shares. It really makes this easier doing this with you all. Today I felt so much lighter. Realized I prob need to ground more after reading the shares above. The fogginess and anxiety has lessened. I was surprised I thought I’d be feeling hungrier but I haven’t been. I feel It’s been more of an emotional rollercoaster for me. This is my first cleanse/light fast ever and I’m definitely noticing the benefits already. Definitely brought up performance issues, and control issues. Been focusing on giving over all the stuff coming up to my Higher self. Temptation is a bit higher as I’m now around lots of sweets too, keeping my focus . Curious what more will come forward tomorrow.

thanks all for being here.

I'm feeling very similar to you Becky, although this is not my first fast. I just reported in the Sacred Self Healing training how the refraining from our daily 'pleasures' can trigger emotional flare-ups at first. Overcoming our ego's initial coping with stress typically resides after two to three days, as the ego tires and slowly runs out of power, just like how we experience this during marathons. In fact, think of this exercise as a transmission marathon!

We humans are the only species on this planet that can overcome their instinct and drive to eat, have sex or react - due to our higher consciousness!!!! Fasting or refraining ('going without') is an instrumental training and empowerment for our higher self-healing and consciousness development!

Only one more day 😉

Much Love and Energy to everyone joining!

Day 3!! Whooohooo! Happy Solstice everyone! Today has been 'wavy' and hard for the eyes to focus in 3D. I have some crafty things to do today so I hope they don't come out sideways... Lol! 😂
I laughed when I saw the unconscious patterns webinar title. I had this exact thing happen yesterday in the breakroom with cookies. I just went on lunch (super, super busy day) and as soon as I hit the break room with a million things regurgitating through my mind, I mindlessly started to go for the cookie tray. I caught myself before I grabbed one..."whoa-whatcha doin'???" A really good example of how that unconscious pattern grabbed a hold. Sheesh! Not in a judgement sort of way but the question of what else do I do without thinking about it like that? interesting observation. Hope everyone is doing well! We so got this!! <3 <3

lots of veggie broth with ginger yum! Juices mostly carrots beets apples ginger I will notice myself asking what time is it, when feeling low and starting to feel a bit emotional, oh time for juice or broth  or so.  A little bit of carrot and apple pulp at night.
very interesting witnessing detox on various levels.
but a lovely day overall, with a few moments of intense emotional detox leading to witnessing a few patterns behind while connecting and slowing down. Grateful for the play and nature time.

Today a celery and mixed wild greens blender and strained juice tasted like heaven. Then I went spacey. The energetics of greens can have that affect on a body is what I learned. Then experienced that today. I consider c o f f e e beyond this realm in its purpose to support. I have been doing mostly blended fruits and vegetables. And...jona...thank you again for making these efforts. After tucking in to lesson 15 an 16 jouenaling and doing the exercises. Things shifted. It seems impossible to say it all just works too many times. There are many questions too. Sadness comes and goes with glimpses. It is helpful to learn that it is a coping mechanism escape.   I did really well up until an hour or so before session. I was really hungry the latter part of the day with no quenching it. I had coffee, tea, water, fresh squeezed juices... I thought if I could just get through the transmission at Solstice time I'd be alright. I got in the bath before hand and fell asleep. Like OUT! When I woke up I thought I had missed the transmission but it had only been twenty minutes. Weird. I decided to make a half a grilled cheese sandwich to help ground before session. I ate my chocolate piece too. Good for grounding. My ego loved that. I knew that all I would be thinking about during the session was food so I went for it. No guilt. Okay a little disappointment in myself cuz I was soooo close. I still think I made the right choice. The session was awesome. Thank you everyone for being here and supporting one another.

Dear Janet,

thank you for sharing! What a wonderful insight that trusting in others can be a pathway to healing. <3

A quick note on your comment about the 'energetics of greens'. I, too, experienced that, as if it was infusing me with life force - I could feel the life force going through my veins. Interesting, that it takes a certain level of purity to feel this again - I even had it with water... It's like as if the weaning from all our little ego gratifications brings back appreciation for the truly nourishing things again. That said, the same mechanism applies to our coping stuff - sadness, victimhood, resentment, envy, pride, anger - all secondary coping patterns for when we cannot get want we want. Yes, this too will wane!

In the end, once we can get past the secondary layer of ego resistance, come the true appreciation for life-supporting things and life itself. I can be felt again - for that experience I am grateful - and for everyone who shared here and joined us in our effort to learn how to feel truth again!

Much Love and Gratitude,

Jona

Dear Denisse,

for me as well - and super insightful along with that.

I realized how often use food and the thought or action of preparing food to regulate my emotions. I've always known it, but when I found myself running into the kitchen out of habit many times a day even though I wasn't hungry, I remembered how it's not just the food itself but the whole aspect of SEEKING NURTURING that made me SEARCH FOR SOMETHING (in the kitchen.)

Thank you for joining and for sharing, Denisse!

Dear Cindy,

Thank you for sharing!
So cool that you consciously decided when you needed grounding and made the cheese sandwich! The clock is just a construct (I, too, passed out a few hours before the session and struggled with hunger right before the session).

The important lesson here is to LISTEN to our body - not just our physical but also our energetic body. The more we can follow through with meeting its needs, the more balanced everything becomes. Sleep is my nemesis - and during this reboot I consciously noticed how often I overwrite my body's need to sleep...something on my new-year's resolution list!

Disappointment is not important. Compromises are sometimes needed - but only for as long as they don't compromise our truth. Being truthful with oneself, and consciously choosing is the first and most important step into self-mastery. You gained insights, learned about your pitfalls and developed a new appreciation for little things. Now it's about continuing to ask yourself what you need, and then ask again if you truly need it 😉

🙂

Love,

Jona

Hi Davida,

thank you for sharing (how was Star Wars?)

Cool you noticed your attitude towards coffee and consciously trying to find alternatives. It can be a great little helper, but it can also be a drainer. Personally, I noticed how I am using coffee to squeeze out a little more energy when I am already getting the signal to slow down, which could also be called abuse. Along with sleeping more, cutting down on coffee will be the first thing to change for me - the reminder that coping isn't really dealing with things is my takeaway from this reboot fast.

Let me know which teas work for you!
Enjoy your last day, Davida!

Love,

I had coffee, that seems to be my go to treat and comfort in general. Anyway I got some tasty herbal teas which are an enjoyable alternative. Day 3 is also going well and I will most likely do at least half of a day 4 because my day 1 didn’t work out. Now I am off to see Star Wars. Thank you for the sharing! With love, Abigail

Hi Jona, Star Wars was entertaining, true to form with camaraderie and a rounded ending!   For the teas I have been most appreciating peppermint, licorice and fennel. Peppermint and licorice together is sweet and refreshing. I love fennel and licorice too. Lots of love
