Felt great in the morning. Energy levels good! Started morning off with warm lemon water. For breakfast I made a delicious fruit smoothie with banana, apple, grapes, a handful of spinach, celery, pineapple and lichi. Doubled up on the fruit smoothie and had the same for lunch (at work), with a few cashew nuts. Energy levels felt low by late afternoon. Drank plenty of lemon water. Felt tired and ravenous when I got home. Had a craving for salt. For dinner I whipped up a thick green vege smoothie of spinach, tomato, bell pepper, broccoli, celery, cucumber, carrot juice,  course sea salt, black pepper, chilli, garlic, ginger, lemon juice and Apple cider vinegar! That did the trick for me! I so enjoyed drinking my salad! Lemon water on standby for the evening. I can honestly say, I felt light headed, mentally fatigued and very tired... but in a good way!
